Rosie has been with Paratransit Services since April of 2015. She started out as a driver, but was promoted to a dispatcher / trainer position in 2017 where she has made a huge impact on the daily operations in Calaveras. In 2017 we gladly hired him back to his full-time mechanic position where he has excelled ever since! Troy’s spirit and appreciation for life have not gone unnoticed. He shows up every day prepared to take on any challenge that he may face. Daryl Baker had this to say about Troy: “Troy works on maintaining all of our vehicles and anything else we need him to do. The preventive maintenance is always done on time and he plans everything so that everything is well organized. The shop is always immaculate and very tidy. I have complete trust in him to get the job done. When I get there a few hours after him and I ask him to do something, he always tells me that it is already done. One of those awarded was Chrystal Wilson who received the 2021 President’s Merit Award. The President’s Merit Award was established to acknowledge employees for outstanding performance and contributions from the different operational sites of Paratransit Services. Chrystal Wilson has been with Paratransit Services for over 16 years. Since starting with the company, she has consistently gone out of her way to help whenever and wherever she can. She has demonstrated her commitments though stepping up to drive busses when short staffed and showing up early to make sure the drivers schedules are prepped. General Manager, Sharon young had this to say when describing Chrystal; “We have some developmentally disabled clients that only want to talk to Chrystal. She has a way of understanding their needs and talking to them in a way that they understand her. I believe she needs a medal for that”.
