Colleen Clark Honored for Over 20 Years of Service!
Bremerton, Washington – March 29, 2023. Paratransit Services honored Contracts Administrator, Colleen Clark today for over 20 years of dedicated service. Colleen started working for Paratransit Services in March of 2002. Uniquely, she has held every position in our Brokerage Department/Call Center. Colleen’s career at Paratransit Services started as a Customer Service Representative. Since then, she has held the titles of Broker, Billing Manager, GM Assistant, and Supervisor along the way to her current position as Contracts Administrator.
Colleen has always gone above and beyond in her duties to help wherever she can. For example, she has the most knowledge of our Novus software outside of our Information Technology department. She also works very closely with our transportation providers to ensure that we remain in compliance with our contractual requirements and that the transportation needs of our clients are being met.
