David Baker brings an impressive record of accomplishment to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Paratransit Services, and a sincere commitment to helping those who have special transportation needs. With a strong background in corporate management and finance, Mr. Baker makes valuable contributions to the effective implementation of our contracts. Mr. Baker has been with Paratransit Services since 2001.

Bill Kluth plays a key role in ensuring the daily operations of Paratransit Services run smoothly and efficiently. He works closely with the General Managers at all of our locations to close gaps in service and support ongoing training. As a former Paratransit Services General Manager and Safety, Training & Audit Manager, Mr Kluth understands the intricacies of what it takes to operate public transit systems both safely and effectively. Mr. Kluth has been with Paratransit Services since 2005.

Led by Sara Wilson, CPA, our Accounting and Finance Department staff manage our A/P and A/R systems, prepare our financial statements, and generate other financial reporting documents as required by various federal, state, and local governments where Paratransit Services does business. Ms. Wilson has been with Paratransit Services since 2010.

Randy Grove has had extensive training and experience in labor relations, and has established productive working relationships with the various labor unions who serve our employees. He is a member of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA). Mr. Grove has been with Paratransit Services since 1999.
