Becky Semmler Presented with 2024 President’s Merit Award

Bremerton, Washington – On October 6th, 2025, members of the Corporate Office staff gathered to celebrate one of their own, Becky Semmler, for receiving the President’s Merit Award for 2024.

Becky Semmler serves as the Risk / Insurance Manager for Paratransit Services. She ensures all our operations are properly insured and processes all claims / incident records. Becky exemplifies everything this recognition stands for, dedication, professionalism, a positive spirit, and an unwavering commitment to service. If you know Becky, you know she is three things: reliable, responsible, and, perhaps most memorably, delightfully crazy in all the best ways. Her role is complex, fast-paced, and demands an extraordinary level of attention to detail. Yet, Becky handles it all with grace, humor, and a level of commitment that is both inspiring and humbling.

Director of Safety, Training and Operations, Bill Kluth, had this to share about Becky:

Becky is a long-term employee whose impact reaches far beyond her job title. She may not be behind the wheel of a vehicle or answering radio calls in dispatch, but her behind-the-scenes dedication enables those on the front lines to do their jobs better. She is a champion for our mission and an essential thread in the fabric of Paratransit Services.”

The awards presentation was held at the Corporate Office in Bremerton. President / CEO, David Baker, presented Becky with her awards in front of her fellow corporate office staff who gathered to celebrate this achievement.
