Edoardo Turati Honored with 2025 President’s Merit Award

Medford, Oregon – On September 11th, 2026, Paratransit Services honored driver Edoardo Turati from our operation in Medford, with the 2025 President’s Merit Award.  The President’s Merit Award was established to acknowledge our staff for outstanding performances and contributions from the different operational sites of Paratransit Services.

Since joining Paratransit Services as a driver in May of 2013, Mr. Turati has been a model employee. He gives courteous, professional customer service and brings a genuinely caring attitude to every interaction. His job performance is exemplary, and his driving skills are excellent, backed by a strong commitment to safety. Edoardo takes great pride in his work, as the many compliments he has received over his years with the company demonstrate.

General Manager, Jason Ligons, had the following to say about Edoardo,

Mr. Turati's genuine concern for our clients is shown in his customer service. He goes above and beyond in that area. He is not the type with a personality that likes to sing to his passengers but they enjoy their trips with him. That alone would be enough but his good character and work ethic qualify him to receive the 2025 Presidents Award because he has proven to be a highly regarded employee for Paratransit Services.

The awards ceremony was held at our Medford office, with President/CEO David Baker in attendance to present Edoardo with his award. Others in attendance included GM, Jason Ligons, fellow employees and members of the corporate office who joined the celebration via ZOOM.
